We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can cancel an order or request a refund.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order any time before it is shipped, at no charge, from your account or by contacting us. Once shipped, an order can no longer be cancelled but may be eligible for return.
Returns & refund eligibility
Devices may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging and in resaleable condition. Activated SIM/subscription portions are non-refundable.
Refund timeline & method
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item (or immediately for cancelled/rejected orders).
